李健

  李健,1970年9月22日出生、教授、博士研究生导师。2005年毕业于北京中医药大学中西医结合基础专业获博士学位,是教育部“创新团队”及“创新引智基地”中方骨干成员。2009,1~2010,1在加拿大McMaster大学医学院分子病理系从事博士后研究工作;2016,2~2017,2获国家留学基金委员会“青年骨干计划”基金资助赴美国亚特兰大Morehouse School of Medicine研修学习。现任“组织学与胚胎学”课程负责人、教研室主任。

  教学工作:主讲本科(包括长年制)“组织学与胚胎学”、《现代医学基础概论I》;主讲或参与研究生《医学科研思路方法与程序》、《分子细胞学与疾病》、《临床病理生理学》等课程。

  研究领域:(1)中医药防治肝病(脂肪肝、脂肪性肝炎、肝纤维化)的作用机制;(2)有毒中药“毒/效”相关的机制;(3)保肝中药及单体化合物抗氧化及抗炎的分子机制。

  基金项目:(1)国家自然科学基金面上项目:从“有故无殒”理论探究自噬在雷公藤肝脏毒性中的作用及机制(No. 81873099),2019.1-2022.12,在研;(2)国家自然科学基金面上项目:从FXR/PXR/CYP3A4信号通路探讨雷公藤诱发胆汁淤积性肝损伤的分子机制(No. 81273884),2012.1-2016.12,已结题。
